About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the agency’s day-to-day business operations. You’ll manage administrative tasks, coordinate communications, and assist the management team in maintaining an efficient and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for management and clients.
  • Assist in handling correspondence, calls, and inquiries professionally.
  • Support HR and finance teams with documentation, attendance tracking, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for team events, client meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and functional.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional office culture, fostering teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Professional, approachable, and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
