Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Specialist located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Operations Specialist will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and seamless workflows. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, supporting project implementation, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Additionally, the role involves identifying areas for improvement, collaborating across departments, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals, while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee daily operational activities and lead initiatives effectively.
• Proficient Analytical Skills and Communication abilities to assess processes, solve problems, and coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in Sales or customer service-related functions to support business goals and enhance client relationships.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the mobility or automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory.
