Job Opening: Administrative Assistant with HR Experience

Location: Designodes – Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Type: Full-time | On-site


Designodes is seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong organizational skills and experience in HR support to join our dynamic team in Sheikh Zayed. This role involves managing daily administrative operations, supporting internal coordination, and assisting with core HR tasks. Candidates must be proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).


Key Responsibilities


Administrative Support

• Manage schedules, internal documentation, and correspondence.

• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.

• Oversee office supplies, filing systems, and administrative logistics.

• Support internal communications and office coordination.


HR Support

• Assist in recruitment processes: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

• Maintain employee files, attendance logs, and leave requests.

• Support onboarding and orientation of new team members.

• Help implement HR policies and internal procedures.

- Payroll and Book-keeping.


Office Coordination

• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external contacts.

• Assist in organizing internal events, training sessions, or staff activities.

• Ensure a smooth and well-organized daily office workflow.



Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

• Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic HR tools.

• Based in or near 6th of October / Giza area.

• Owning a personal vehicle is a plus, but not required.
