Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Cairo for a Visa Officer. The Visa Officer will be responsible for processing visa applications, assisting with immigration-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with the necessary regulations. Key duties include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients regarding visa-related requirements, and resolving queries effectively. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with consulates, embassies, and other relevant agencies to facilitate smooth application processes.
