Job Description
- Develop and Execute Marketing Plans:
Prepare and implement annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with company objectives and brand guidelines. - Trade Marketing & Promotions:
Design and manage in-store promotions, product displays, and visibility materials to maximize brand presence at point of sale. - Market Analysis & Consumer Insights:
Conduct competitor analysis, monitor market trends, and generate insights to support pricing, product, and distribution decisions. - Brand Communication & Advertising:
Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to produce digital and offline marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency. - Digital Marketing Management:
Manage social media pages, online campaigns, and website content to increase engagement and customer traffic. - Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and trade teams to align marketing initiatives with sales targets and channel needs. - Budget Control & ROI Analysis:
Manage marketing budgets, track spending, and evaluate campaign effectiveness based on ROI and sales impact. - Event Planning & Activation:
Organize product launches, exhibitions, and customer events to promote new products and strengthen relationships. - Supplier & Agency Coordination:
Liaise with advertising agencies, printing houses, and POS material suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. - Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, campaign results, and brand performance for management review.
