Raya Trade; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Category Product Manager.


What will you do?

  • Monitors and drives products' inventory for Raya Shop.com.
  • Ensures the right products are provided and allocated to Raya Shop.com.
  • Carries responsibility for maximizing the products' sales by supporting the local sales team.
  • Carries responsibility for handling products' inventory and monitoring the weekly sales.
  • Carries responsibility for weekly forecasting the products demand for customer.
  • Carries responsibility for setting all products' prices after conducting market surveys and aligning the cost and the GP per item.
  • Carries responsibility for preparing aging stock reports and negotiating with suppliers and dealers in order to solve the problem of any aging stock.
  • Carries responsibility for contacting and negotiating with the suppliers to substitute defected items with new ones.
  • Carries responsibility for the efficient management of monthly stock turnover.
  • Manages auto-replenishment system and PO for various outside vendors.
  • Prepares sales inventory and sell-through rates reports to determine and ensure accurate and appropriate inventory levels.
  • Carries responsibility for all the reports and market surveys concerned with the availability of products in the market and with Raya's competitors.
  • Ensures application of procedures related to the marketing of the stock between Raya marketing team and the suppliers.
  • Sends promotional orders to customers through marketing campaign.
  • Attends Retail Operations Committee meetings to foster good communication and teamwork.
  • Performs other related duties.
