Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Travel Advisors (UK / Irish) at Alorica, located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs and work closely with travel agencies to create seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication
• Proven expertise in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency or Customer Service is a plus
• Fluent English Speakers B2/C1
• Flexible with rotational shifts 24/7
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or re
