Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for corporate. This opportunity is for a lawyer with 3–4 years of experience who is eager to further develop their expertise in corporate and commercial law. The ideal candidate has a solid background in drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and supporting M&A and restructuring transactions. You’ll be working closely with senior lawyers on complex matters, advising clients across various industries, and contributing to high-value deals from start to finish. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is looking to take the next step in their corporate law career.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of civil law , companies law and other relevant legal domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Law .
• Experience in the legal industry within Egypt.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in corporate law, preferably at a reputable law firm.

• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

• Excellent command of written and spoken legal English
