🏗️ Job Opportunity: Technical Office Manager (Architect)
Sedra Contracting and Supplies Company is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Architect (Technical Office Manager) to join our dynamic team.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
Software Proficiency (Essential): Excellent command of architectural design and drafting software, including but not limited to:
AutoCAD
Revit
3Ds Max
Lumion
SketchUp
And other related software.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in close proximity to the Metro station and the Qubaa - Gesr El Suez area are strongly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the technical office team efficiently.
Drawing Management: Prepare, review, and finalize shop drawings and design drawings.
Quantity Surveying: Accurate calculation of quantities (BoQ) and preparation of technical specifications based on engineering blueprints.
Site Coordination: Coordinate effectively with site teams to ensure project execution meets the highest quality standards.
Communication & Time Management: Maintain continuous communication with engineers and suppliers to ensure works are executed according to project timelines.
Reporting: Prepare technical reports on work progress and project developments.
