Joy & Learn is a leading company specializing in educational equipment supplies with strong expertise in manufacturing, exporting, and importing. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled HR Generalist (5+ years of experience) to take ownership of our HR operations and act as a trusted partner to management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment & talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Drive organizational development and support management in shaping company culture.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, internal policies, and best HR practices.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as a consultant to line managers, providing guidance on employee engagement, retention, and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
- Contribute to strategic HR planning aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (manufacturing sector is a strong plus).
In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Obour – Cairo
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
