Provide technical and user support for our digital learning platforms within the Information Technology Department.

This position reports directly to the IT Manager and plays a key role in ensuring an effective and seamless online learning experience for teachers and students.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical and user support for the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning tools.

- Assist teachers and students in using digital platforms effectively.

- Manage user accounts, course enrollment, and digital content uploads.

- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed.

- Prepare user guides and provide training sessions.

- Support the implementation of digital learning initiatives and improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

- 1–3 years of experience in LMS or e-learning support.

- Knowledge of tools such as Moodle, Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and support skills.
