We’re Hiring — Pricing Specialist | Cairo (Hybrid)

Shift Twice is growing! We’re looking for a skilled Pricing Specialist to join our finance team and take the lead in analyzing costs, setting competitive prices, and maximizing profitability across our IT and ERP service lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Conduct cost and margin analysis to ensure profitability.

• Collaborate with sales, accounting, and management to prepare pricing proposals.

• Evaluate market trends, competitor pricing, and client expectations.

• Prepare detailed cost sheets, quotations, and pricing reports.

• Support tender submissions and business proposals with accurate financial data.

• Maintain pricing databases and ensure consistency across all departments.

• Contribute to improving internal pricing models and automation tools.

• Analyze client performance and profitability by segment or product.

• Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, costing, or financial analysis.

• Strong command of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.

• Experience in IT, ERP, or service-based industries is a plus.
