Key Responsibilities
- Handle Turkish-speaking users’ inquiries via chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate, timely support and resolve user concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Maintain high-quality service standards and achieve performance goals.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Turkish (spoken and written)
- Good command of English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or chat support role
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Fast typing speed and attention to detail
