Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Turkish-speaking users’ inquiries via chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate, timely support and resolve user concerns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and achieve performance goals.


Qualifications

  • Fluent in Turkish (spoken and written)
  • Good command of English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or chat support role
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Fast typing speed and attention to detail
