Job Brief:

Our company is looking for a creative detail-oriented Performance Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, experience in audience targeting, and a proven track record in maximizing ROAS and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital media buying strategies to drive conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.
• Perform audience research and segmentation to optimize targeting and ad performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in real time to maximize ROAS and ensure budget efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Negotiate and manage media buys to secure the best pricing and placement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness.
• A/B test creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to improve ad performance.
• Ensure proper tracking and attribution using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing field.
• Experience with e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong knowledge of media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and campaign tracking tools.
• Good command in English.

Location: 5th Settlement (hybrid)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Friday &
