Role Description

* Monitor and analyze daily revenue performance across multiple hotel properties.

* Assist in developing and implementing revenue management strategies and pricing models.

* Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.

* Support in revenue recognition, budgeting, and financial analysis.

* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations departments to ensure cohesive revenue strategies.

* Identify market opportunities and suggest actions to enhance yield and occupancy.

Qualifications

* Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in **Revenue Management Systems (RMS)** and **Excel**.

* Experience in **revenue recognition, financial analysis, or accounting**.

* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

* Effective communication and teamwork skills.

* Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Hotel Management** (or related field).
