Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Hospitality Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Daily tasks include coordinating with the Food & Beverage team, assisting with hospitality services, and ensuring effective communication with guests. The role also entails managing guest inquiries and providing a high standard of hospitality.

We’re looking for a professional who combines strong **property management skills** with a genuine **hospitality mindset** — someone who can oversee property operations while ensuring an exceptional experience for our tenants and guests.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Manage day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
* Handle reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries in a professional manner.
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality across all units.
* Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to resolve issues promptly.
* Monitor contracts, rent collections, and property performance reports.
* Maintain excellent communication with owners, tenants, and guests.


### **Requirements**

* 2–5 years of experience in **Property Management, Hospitality, or Customer Service**.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in **Property Management Systems (PMS)** and **Microsoft Office**.
* Excellent English (spoken & written).
* Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
