Responsibilities:
1. Recharge Codes Management
· Operate and manage the recharge codes machine.
· Ensure the balance is recharged as needed to fulfill orders.
· Process and fulfill recharge code orders promptly.
2. Merchandise Fulfillment
· Receive merchandise deliveries at their location.
· Handle packaging and shipping of items to customers.
· Update the orders sheet regularly and track shipment statuses.
3. Merchandise Catalog Updates
- Maintain and update the merchandise catalog as required.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
5. Additional Responsibilities
- More tasks may be added or modified after successfully passing the probation period, based on business needs and the employee’s performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Customer Service, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Salary : EGP 10K to 15K
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
- Very good English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate should have familiarity with G Suite, Microsoft Office, inventory management, order fulfillment, and data entry. These skills will be essential in managing daily operational tasks, ensuring efficiency in handling orders, tracking inventory, and updating necessary data.
