osition Overview:

As a Software Tester, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications. You will take ownership of test planning and execution, collaborate closely with developers and product teams, and contribute to improving our QA processes and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases based on product requirements and user stories
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on web and/or mobile applications
• Report, track, and verify bugs using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with developers to isolate and reproduce issues and ensure timely fixes
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test suites
• Provide input on improvements to QA practices, processes, and tools
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in software testing
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman for API testing)
• Working knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java)
• Experience using version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to performance or security testing tools
• ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications
