Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated) based on product requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand features and technical implementation.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
• Perform regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software testing.
• Minimum of 3 year of hands-on experience working within an Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Minimum of 3years of practical experience in manual test design and execution, demonstrating expertise in various testing techniques.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in API testing, including hands-on use of tools like Postman and understanding API documentation (e.g., Swagger).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile application testing (iOS and Android native/hybrid apps).
• Practical experience with Jira for defect management and X-Ray (or a similar Jira add-on) for test case management.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Katalon Studio, for web and/or mobile applications. (Plus)
• Knowledge of performance testing concepts and experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) (Plus).
• Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level or Agile Tester).
