Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Claims Adjuster located in Qesm El Maadi. The Automotive Claims Adjuster will be responsible for evaluating and processing auto insurance claims, handling property damage and insurance claims, and ensuring accurate claim settlements. Day-to-day tasks include assessing vehicle damage, conducting investigations, liaising with customers and insurance companies, and maintaining detailed records of claims processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Claims Handling and Insurance Claims
• Knowledge of Property Damage and Auto Claims
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi
• Relevant certifications or degrees in insurance, automotive repair, or related fields are an advantage
