Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Airline Booking Specialist located in New Cairo. The Airline Booking Specialist will handle daily tasks including managing flight reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth booking processes. The role requires effective communication to assist customers with their travel plans, handle queries, and resolve issues promptly. Collaboration with other team members and staying updated with airline policies and fare structures are also part of the responsibilities.
