3. Organizational Relationship:
• Report to: Director of Hospitality.
• Coordinate with: All departments’ heads and all employees at most levels.
• Supervises: Guest relations, Reservations, maintenance, and hospitality Operations.

4. Job Purpose: Responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties on behalf of property owners through marketing, screening potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, collecting rent, managing maintenance and repairs and handling tenant’s complaints and concerns.

5. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative and Operational scope:
• Responsible for advertising available rental properties through various channels.
• Review rental applications and manage reservation contracts.
• Negotiate the lease agreements including the rental terms, amounts and deposits.
• Ensure that the rental amount is collected on time with no pending collections and/or contracts.
• Prepare reports on the financial performance of properties.
• Manage inventory of all processes and recommend ways to maximize revenue.
• Ensure that properties are maintained in good conditions and well equipped with through regular inspections.
Guest Relations Scope:
• Designs business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs and maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
• Enhance guest experience through implementing loyalty programs, VIP services.
• Handling guest complaints and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Monitor guest feedback, through surveys online reviews and other channels to identify areas of development.

6. Qualification, Knowledge, skills, and Abilities:
• 10+ years of experience in property management or related field.
• Working knowledge of property regulations and rental market trends.
• Very good command with English language skills. - preferable German Language.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
