We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Representative to join our paint shop team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for color, design, and sales.

Main Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers in selecting paints, tools, and coatings.

Provide color consultation and explain product features (e.g. finishes, durability, usage).

Prepare quotations and invoices using POS or software.

Follow up on client orders, deliveries.

Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays.

Handle customer complaints professionally and offer solutions.

Stay updated on new products and trends in paint and decoration
