At RoseMary Paris, we believe that a great fragrance is an experience, and our online community is a vital part of that journey. We're looking for a sharp and emotionally intelligent Content Moderator to be the curator of our digital space.

In this role, you will be the guardian of our community, ensuring every conversation—from product reviews to fragrance layering tips—is positive, respectful, and on-brand. You'll help us protect our platform's elegance and integrity, making sure it remains a welcoming and fragrant garden for all who love perfume.

What You'll Do :

Review and moderate user-generated content across our social media, website, and forums.

Enforce our community guidelines with a balanced and fair approach, identifying and taking appropriate action on spam, inappropriate content, and misinformation.

Respond to user reports and complaints with professionalism, providing resolutions that uphold our brand's reputation for quality and care.

Collaborate with our marketing and customer experience teams to ensure our community's voice is heard and our online presence remains pristine.

Stay up-to-date on trends in the fragrance industry and social media to proactively address emerging content-related issues.

What We're Looking For :

A Bachelor's degree of Mass communication or media, Marketing or any other related field.

Proven experience of at least 2 years in content moderation, community management, or a related role.

Very good Microsoft office skills specifically Excel.

Passion: A genuine interest in the world of fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail is a plus!

Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make quick, consistent decisions.

Empathy: The ability to handle sensitive situations with grace and tact.

Communication: Excellent written communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a professional and eloquent tone.
