This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Assistant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette. Daily tasks include maintaining an organized work environment, ensuring that all pharmacy operations run smoothly, and supporting customers in a professional manner.
- Experience with Prescription handling and Pharmacy operations
- Proficiency in Inventory Management
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Good Phone Etiquette
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Relevant experience or certification in pharmacy assistance is a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software systems
