Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Operations Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Fleet Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics and operations of our fleet, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining fleet performance, scheduling maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing route planning.

📌 Key Info:

• Location: Nasr City, Cairo (in-person, no remote work)
• Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Cairo Time
• Work Days: 5.5 work days (3 days off during 2 work weeks)
• Salary: Starting at $250–$300/month net in USD, paid in EGP (biannual raises + bonuses
• Languages: English required; Turkish/Russian a plus
• Visa Sponsorship: Not applicable (Cairo-based only)

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Interest in logistics, transportation regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance, accounting, management of informational systems, logistics, economics, or any other relevant fields.
