Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring “Sales Project Manager” in New Cairo, Egypt for a leading Lighting Manufacturing Company, a pioneer in delivering innovative lighting solutions across Egypt and the region.

Job Scope:

The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for managing lighting projects from initial client contact through to final delivery. This role ensures that all lighting solutions meet client specifications, timelines, and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and driving project sales performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or project management within the lighting, electrical, or construction sectors

• Solid understanding of lighting systems, fixtures, and project specifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• Experience managing B2B lighting projects (e.g., hotels, malls, residential compounds)

• Background in lighting design coordination or technical sales
