Job Description:

The candidate will be involved different stages of the project showcasing strong technical abilities, with a flexible attitude and the willingness to support the business needs.

The Candidate shall have the ability to work constructively with multi-functional teams.

The candidate must have an excellent technical drawing skills.

To be a supporter of quality and automation across all aspects of the delivery and operation.

Capable of meeting project deadlines and delivering solid project results.

Candidates must be able to take direction from the management and manage assignments in an organized and efficient manner.

Ability to work hardly and over weekend once needed.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high quality detailed drawings and working drawings, all according to Dubai Building Code.
• Establishment & Assembly of drawing sets according to authorities’ regulations and standards.
• Development of proposals, designs, sketches, and technical documentation.
• Communicating with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project drawings.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in a consultancy firm.
• Proficiency in Revit is a MUST.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong technical expertise.
