Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to support our Business Development and Engineering teams. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, tender submissions, and business documentation. The role requires flexibility, commitment, and the ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Tendering & Proposals

• Review tender documents, RFPs, and client specifications.

• Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals in coordination with Mechanical and Electrical teams.

• Ensure proposals meet client requirements and company quality standards.

• Business Development Support.

• Assist in preparing capability statements, references, and presentations.

• Conduct market research, track upcoming tenders, and gather competitor insights.

• Support follow-ups with clients, consultants, and partners regarding submissions.

• Documentation & Reporting.

• Organize and maintain updated proposal records and templates.

• Draft technical documents, reports, and professional presentations.

• Support in preparing management reports on business development activities.

• Coordination & Meetings.

• Prepare presentations and materials for client and consultant meetings.

• Record minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.

• Provide day-to-day support to the Area Manager and business development team.
