The store will soon open in Cairo Festival City, offering a unique shopping experience that blends luxury, creativity, and contemporary style. Our concept focuses on exceptional customer serviceelegant product presentation, and a refined sense of fashion.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for Fashion Sales Executives to join our team and be part of Hangardes’ pre-launch phase and store opening. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to deliver an outstanding in-store experience to every customer.

 

  • Welcome and assist customers, offering personalized fashion advice
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Support visual merchandising and store organization.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
  • Ensure products are well-presented and displays are maintained according to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to management to support continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the retail environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion, luxury or high-end fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen sense of current trends.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
