Information Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1- Provide Technical Support:

Act as the first point of contact for users’ inquiries, offering technical assistance through phone, email, or chat.

2- Troubleshoot and Fix Issues:

Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to devices, software, or networks efficiently.

3- Manage Accounts and Access Rights: Create new user accounts, reset passwords, assign permissions, and update access rights as required.

Requirements:

1- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems

2- Experience 6 months - 1 year

3- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work location: Fifth Settlement
