Job Purpose
Responsible for Overseeing the handover process of properties to clients, ensuring seamless operations, high customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing handover procedures and policies to standardize operations and ensure seamless property transitions that enhance the client experience
- Managing and coordinating pre-handover property inspections to identify and resolve any outstanding issues, ensuring all properties meet quality and readiness standards.
- Supervising the preparation and delivery of comprehensive handover documentation to provide clients with accurate property details, legal agreements, and user manuals.
- Liaising with internal departments such as construction, legal, and customer service to eliminate delays in handover processes and ensure timely and coordinated project delivery.
- Overseeing the scheduling and execution of client walkthroughs to familiarize clients with property features, address concerns, and boost satisfaction.
- Ensuring adherence to legal and contractual obligations during the handover process to mitigate risks and uphold company credibility.
- Monitoring customer feedback and addressing complaints efficiently to enhance customer experience and promote service improvements.
- Preparing regular handover progress reports for management to provide insight into project status, highlight challenges, and support informed decision-making.
- Leading and training the handover team to improve performance, consistency, and efficiency in operations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Civil or Architecture.
- Experience:5 – 8 years of experience in the Property Delivery department.
- Skills: Communication skills - Interpersonal skills. – Presentation skills.
- Abilities & Attitude: Precise, organized, and self-motivated.
