• Minimum 1 year of experience in a car rental company in Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and rental agreements

• Manage check-in and check-out of vehicles

• Verify customer documents and eligibility for rental

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally

• Maintain proper records and reports related to rentals and payments

• Coordinate with operations team for vehicle availability
