Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate hotel rates and contract terms to secure the best deals.
• Prepare, review, and finalize agreements with hotels and accommodation partners.
• Monitor contract validity and ensure timely renewals.
• Verify and update hotel rates, room types, and meal plans in the system.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotel representatives and suppliers.
• Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and offers.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to provide updated hotel information.
• Handle any issues related to hotel contracts or booking discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on hotel performance and supplier evaluations.

Requirements:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel contracting or tourism operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and booking systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectivel
