The ideal candidate will not only focus on achieving sales targets but will also ensure that each customer’s rental experience is handled professionally — from initial inquiry to final vehicle return and clearance.

You will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, offering the best rental solutions, and providing excellent service throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell car rental services to walk-in, corporate, and online clients.

Greet and assist customers professionally, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.

Handle the full rental process — from booking to vehicle handover and return.

Verify customer documents, prepare rental agreements, and process payments.

Maintain follow-up with customers until the rental is fully settled and cleared.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure timely vehicle availability and quality.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and
