Job Description
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts for construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to clarify contract requirements and resolve contractual issues.
- Monitor contract execution to ensure all terms, conditions, and deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, providing recommendations for risk management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of contract documents, correspondence, amendments, and claims.
- Support the tendering and bidding process by preparing contract documentation and evaluating proposals.
- Liaise with legal counsel and external parties to resolve disputes and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely submission of invoices and payments.
- Advise on contract modifications, extensions, and renewals as required by project developments.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to construction contracts.
