What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers via phone, email and chat to resolve queries and deliver an exceptional experience.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of our clients’ products and services.
- Log all interactions accurately in our systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Share feedback and ideas to help us continuously improve.
- Follow company and data-protection policies at all times.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, support, or related role.
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
