Spanish + English Customer Service Associate – Cairo

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers via phone, email and chat to resolve queries and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our clients’ products and services.
  • Log all interactions accurately in our systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Share feedback and ideas to help us continuously improve.
  • Follow company and data-protection policies at all times.

Shifts: Rotational (to align with global markets)

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (advanced or fluent level).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and positive attitude.
  • Previous call-centre or service experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts to support international clients.
