EELAF, a leading distributor of premium-quality electrical products, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across our full product range:
Our products include:
- Electrical panels, circuit breakers, contactors
- Switches, sockets, and faceplates
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the retail sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and expand the network of key distributors and electrical traders in the local market.
- Implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for products.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance, providing accurate reports to senior management.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in diversified electrical product sales (panels, breakers, switches, distributors).
- Deep knowledge of the local electrical market and distributor/trader networks.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to close major deals.
- Experience leading sales teams and managing day-to-day sales operations.
- Existing relationships with distributors and electrical retailers is a strong advantage.
