Job Description

1. Conduct quality inspections during all stages of the production process and site installations; identify the root causes of any quality issues and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence, ensuring continuous improvement and reduction of quality problems.

2. Verify that manufactured products comply with approved drawings and specifications, both at the factory and subcontractor premises, to ensure the final product meets project requirements, while maintaining a log for quality monitoring.

3. Inspect the quality of purchased materials before placing them into inventory for use in production.

4. Organize and manage all stages of obtaining ISO certification, including developing processes, procedures, and workflows for both East and West divisions.

5. Visit project sites when required to coordinate site activities, ensure installation is performed as per project specifications, and meet project deadlines.

6. Strictly adhere to all procedures and comply with safety regulations and other company policies.

7. Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and the Code of Ethics.

8. Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

9. Prepare periodic quality inspection and performance reports and submit recommendations for continuous process improvement to the management.

10. Conduct training and awareness sessions for workers and supervisors on approved quality standards and inspection procedures to ensure proper implementation across all production
