Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for all complaints.
Analyze and report customer feedback from different sources such as surveys, focus groups, and other ways.
Audit and utilize data from customer insights to recognize trends and opportunities for enhancement of the overall service.
Collaborate with different department, to align processes with customer experience objectives.
Work with developers to enhance customer experience through digital platforms like websites and mobile apps.
Continuously assess and refine customer-facing procedures.
Work closely with the customer service manager to introduce new performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in the customer service team.
Implement in develop structured service processes with clearly defined SLAs to enhance service.

Job Requirements
Minimum one year of customer experience
Strong proficiency in English and Excel
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in healthcare or healthcare management
