We're seeking a Contract Manager to deliver best-practice contract and client relationship management for DFC.

Day-to-day, you will:

 Manage contracts, correspondence, compliance, and records for the the Enabling and Piling works.

·   Monitor contract performance, ensuring obligations are met and supporting stakeholders.

·   Identify and address contract risks, drive process improvements, and optimise contract performance.

·   Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

·   Maintain compliance frameworks and oversee contract governance activities.

·   Support variation and delay claims, contractual negotiations, and cost control measures

·   Ability to review BOQs, drawings, and contract documents to identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities.
