Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agents Sales & Ticketing Supervisor located in Qesm El Maadi. The Travel Agents Sales & Ticketing Supervisor will oversee daily tasks including handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, coordinating car rentals, managing travel arrangements, and driving sales efforts. The role requires close collaboration with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in handling Reservations and managing Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Car Rental coordination
• Proficiency in Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience 5 in same Position
