We’re looking for a persuasive and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our remote sales team at Impetus Lead. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential B2B clients via cold calls, introducing our client companies’ products or services, identifying decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings on behalf of our clients.
You’ll be working across multiple B2B projects in various industries, aiming to generate real sales opportunities by building initial trust and interest over the phone. Once the interest is confirmed, your task will be to schedule a meeting and smoothly hand over the prospect to the client's sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to decision-makers in target companies.
- Clearly pitch the value of our client’s offerings in different industries.
- Identify needs, handle objections, and nurture prospects until they are ready for a sales conversation.
- Book qualified meetings with interested leads and ensure timely handover to client sales teams.
- Keep accurate records of all calls, lead statuses, and meeting outcomes in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently to keep prospects engaged and moving through the pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals and messaging strategies.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or B2B inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English, Arabic is a plus.
- Comfortable speaking with mid- and senior-level decision-makers across different industries.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and present various client offerings.
- CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
