Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional with deep connections in Egypt’s enterprise and government market.
The ideal candidate already has strong relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, and decision-makers in sectors such as banking, telecom, oil & gas, and government.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct enterprise sales across Egypt for MEA Tec’s cybersecurity portfolio.
- Open new accounts through existing relationships with public sector and enterprise clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal, and closing.
- Work closely with MEA Tec’s Dubai HQ for pricing, project registration, and technical support.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and customer engagement plans.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity or IT sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals with major Egyptian enterprises or ministries.
- Strong personal network within Egypt’s government and large corporate environments.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and fluent in English and Arabic.
Compensation
- 140,000 EGP Monthly package (50% fixed salary + 50% commission).
- High earning potential with quarterly bonuses for exceeding targets.
