Job Description

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within assigned facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site MEP activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation for all MEP systems and equipment.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate repairs, upgrades, and installations of MEP systems.
• Analyze system failures, diagnose root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and best practices in all MEP operations.
• Support the planning and execution of energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives within the facility.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for MEP-related projects and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and maintenance teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in MEP engineering within facilities management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, fire protection, and building automation.
• Experience in supervising and coordinating on-site MEP operations and maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and engineering software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site as required by the operational needs.
