Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of Sakr Group.
  • Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all operational regions.
  • Design and execute effective onboarding, training, and development programs to foster employee growth.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Advise senior management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems to optimize efficiency.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting professional development and high performance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
