Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator located in Cairo, Egypt. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating guided tours, ensuring an excellent customer experience, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations.

Qualifications

• Experience in tours and Travel & Tourism
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in managing Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the tourism industry is a must
