Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about ensuring cost accuracy in construction projects?

La Maison is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Egypt office and support our engineering projects by preparing precise cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and performing quantity take-offs for construction and design works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for engineering and architectural projects.

• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.

• Assist in tender preparation, including cost analysis and pricing.

• Evaluate materials, labor, and subcontractor costs for budgeting and estimation.

• Review and verify supplier quotations and contractor invoices.

• Maintain accurate records of cost data, estimates, and project progress.

• Support value engineering activities to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and tender documentation.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation tools (e.g., Candy, CostX).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
