Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all infrastructure and assets within Soma Bay.

Ensure all maintenance activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the execution of maintenance plans, covering electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, and landscaping services.

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure smooth operations and high performance.:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Abu Soma Development Company, property owners, and contractors.

Ensure all maintenance services adhere to predefined SLAs, addressing any service gaps proactively.

Coordinate with project teams for infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and new developments.

Ensure timely response to homeowner requests, maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Monitor service pricing, invoicing, and financial tracking for paid maintenance services.

Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.

Optimize resource allocation, materials procurement, and inventory management.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field).

Real estate experience is a must

Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience in stakeholder management and SLA implementation.

Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.

Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
